Operations
We are a full-service plastic recovery and material processing company specializing in the recycling of post-industrial plastics. We transform High Density plastic waste streams into high-quality regrind for reuse in manufacturing applications.
Our facility is equipped with Vecoplan shredders, high-capacity rapid grinders, metal detection systems, and dust collection technology to ensure consistent material quality and operational efficiency. We have a dedicated disassembly department that helps enhance material recovery by separating components and preparing materials for downstream processing.

From Dust Scrap to Purge
APR is able to recover and reprocess even fine scrap material. The scrap fines are first extruded into purge blocks and then shredded, allowing the material to be effectively reused in the production process.
Scrap parts to Regrind
APR processes post-industrial HDPE fuel tanks and other plastic materials into clean, reusable regrind suitable for manufacturing applications.
